Vincent was the managing partner at Beijing Broad Vision Partners, L.P. I have over 28 years of extensive hands-on experience and execution ability in both financing and business operation. I have proven track records and expertise in banking, private equity and venture capital investment, cross-border strategies cooperation, business management, and corporate finance areas, and is focusing in the TMT, retail, medical and building materials industries. Before I established the Broad Vision’s private equity investment business, I was the co-founder and partner at Bouler Capital, a financial advisory firm for RMB-denominated private equity fund formation and fundraising services, and CFO for several companies. My customers include the giant companies as Carlyle Group and ICBC, and other large state-owned enterprises as Hebei Jidong Cement Group, the Chongqing Huading Bio-Chemical & Pharmaceutical, and several start-up companies, such as United Asia Communications Corporation, the Wistaria Information Technologies, and the San Meditech Corporation, and Multa Communication Corporation, etc. I would like to provide my experience and ability to teach whom is interesting to enter the arena of the China-US-opportunity and who wishes to obtain more understanding, advise, and to study before, or on-the-way, to engage with the market.
